Information submitted through the contact & booking forms on our site are sent to our company email, hosted by Gmail. Google adheres to the EU “Privacy Shield” policy and you can find more information about this here. While we keep these submissions for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties unless you.

2. Hipay – we do not collect any information about your bank details (bank card data and numbers). This data is collected and processed solely by our external HIPAY payment system. We do not retain any bank card number. We receive information on the payment transaction from our payment system.
