After check-in in our office Mamut office situated right by the main Bus Station in Bled you will meet with guide and drive to the Farm where you will get all equipment first. Before you stat your Horse riding in Bled adventure our guide will explain some safety and Horse riding basics. First you will ride in the manege(fence), where the guide will se how you feel on the horse and this will determine which trail around Bled you will be riding. After you finish riding our guides will drive you back to our office.
We arranged horse-riding through Mamut Slovenija We went to the office to confirm our booking day before the activity, which only took a few minutes and the staff were very friendly. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to local stables which was just 10mins drive away. The horses were really friendly, suitable for beginners and more experienced riders as well. We had a lovely ride around the Triglav Park. I would definitely recommend Mamut Slovenija!

The horseback riding Mamut offers is great! They give all horse riding equipment and will provide you with lessons at a pristine family owned horse farm. Do it and enjoy it!

We chose to use Mamut following reading some ace reviews on Tripadvisor. The offer a wide array of activities to choose from which all seem reasonably priced. All of the staff are super friendly and speak amazing English. We chose to do the horse riding. We were picked up and taken to a local stables in the Triglav National Park (10min drive) where we were greeted by the owner and given a shot of his home brewed blueberry liquor (quite delicious). He then introduced us to the horses, and we left in a small group of four with two guides, who gave information about local history and geography as we travelled around. He took us up into the mountain and into a local scenic area, where we rode through clear streams and woodland! An amazing experience for novice riders however more advanced riders could take on some of the other tours provided 😉
